Il peut nuire au bien-\u00eatre du public, perturber le voisinage et d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer les relations avec la population locale.&nbsp;<br>Une <strong>bonne planification<\/strong> et le <strong>respect des prescriptions l\u00e9gales<\/strong> permettent de pr\u00e9venir ces d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments et d\u2019assurer une meilleure acceptation de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avant la manifestation<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Respecter les dispositions de l\u2019ordonnance sur la protection contre les dangers li\u00e9s au rayonnement non ionisant et au son (O-LRNIS) :&nbsp;<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>le niveau sonore moyen maximal<\/strong> de la musique est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>93 dB(A)<\/strong> ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>pour une diffusion<strong> sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 93 dB(A), <\/strong>appliquer les exigences de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2019\/183\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019O-LRNIS<\/a> et <strong>remplir le formulaire d\u2019annonce<\/strong> dans le Canton&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir le <strong>montage et le d\u00e9montage entre 7h00 et 22h00<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Pour les <strong>manifestations en int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>, s\u2019assurer que les <strong>portes et fen\u00eatres<\/strong> restent <strong>ferm\u00e9es <\/strong>durant la diffusion musicale.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Pour les <strong>manifestations en plein air<\/strong>, orienter <strong>la sc\u00e8ne et les haut-parleurs<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 <strong>limiter la propagation du son vers les habitations<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Utiliser un <strong>\u00e9quipement technique performant et adapt\u00e9<\/strong> (haut-parleurs directionnels, limiteurs de son, etc.).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Installer des <strong>zones calmes<\/strong> pour offrir des espaces de repos auditif.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 disposition des <strong>tampons auriculaires gratuits<\/strong> en quantit\u00e9 suffisante lorsque le niveau sonore d\u00e9passe 93 dB(A).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Informer le voisinage \u00e0 l\u2019avance<\/strong> et favoriser le dialogue : une g\u00eane annonc\u00e9e est toujours mieux per\u00e7ue qu\u2019une nuisance impr\u00e9vue.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>En signe d\u2019ouverture, <strong>inviter les personnes du voisinage<\/strong> \u00e0 la manifestation ou leur offrir des <strong>bons de r\u00e9duction<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pendant la manifestation<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mesurer et enregistrer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le niveau sonore.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Assurer la <strong>distribution visible et gratuite de protections auditives.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>R\u00e9agir rapidement en cas de <strong>plainte ou de remarque<\/strong> (ajuster le volume, r\u00e9orienter le mat\u00e9riel, informer le public ou l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apr\u00e8s la manifestation&nbsp;<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9voir le <strong>d\u00e9montage et le rangement le lendemain matin<\/strong>, et non pendant la nuit, afin de respecter la tranquillit\u00e9 du voisinage.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Recueillir le <strong>retour du voisinage ou des autorit\u00e9s<\/strong> pour identifier des <strong>am\u00e9liorations<\/strong> en vue des prochaines \u00e9ditions.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le bruit est l\u2019une des principales sources de plaintes lors des manifestations.
